After you and the rest of the original Lost Light crew disappeared, we stumbled across another Lost Light adrift in space. It was torn apart, quantum foam slowly closing in around it. Nautica stated that the moment that explosion happened at your initial take off, two sets of ships were created - along with the crew. The corpse of Rodimus we found? It came from that Lost Light.

Apparently after that, Drift elected to come clean about Overlord being on the ship. Despite how you might have been the better choice for captain, in my opinion... I fear it was short lived. Brainstorm aided the DJD and there were no survivors.

Except for Rewind, yes. Tarn and the rest of the DJD are ruthless, Magnus. I trained them personally to be such. Once they caught the scent of a traitor, there was no hope for anyone on that ship.

I've been doing my best to make the best of a bad situation all around, but I'm afraid finding a way back to our respective times is well-beyond my abilities.
